Composition and properties of antirust powder
Anti-rust powder is a water-soluble anti-rust product. Vaporized VCI particles penetrate into every corner of the metal in a closed space to form a thick molecular protective layer to prevent metal rust.The main component is red lead powder, and its chemical components are mainly lead dioxide (PbO2), original lead-lead acid (Pb3O4), a small amount of nitric acid content, iron oxide (Fe2O3), copper oxide (CuO).
The anti-rust powder is suitable for covering and closing the metal in the closed space. It has excellent gasification, diffusion and adsorption properties, and is especially suitable for anti-rust surfaces such as deep holes, elongated tubes, twists and slits.
